Ailem Güvende
Account and Data Deletion
You can ask for your Ailem Güvende account and the data tied to it to be deleted at any time. Deletion is free and you do not need to give a reason.
1. How to request it
- Send an email with the subject "Ailem Güvende Account Deletion Request" to destek@webotion.net, including the phone number registered in the app. The "Delete my account" link in the app prepares this email for you.
- To confirm the account is yours, we send a one-time code by SMS to your registered number. Reply to our email with the code. We never ask for an ID document, password or anything else.
- After verification, your account and the data below are deleted within 30 days at the latest, usually within 7 days. We email you when it is done.
You can also ask for only some of your data to be deleted, for example your locations or your membership in a specific group. You can withdraw your location consents yourself in the app's "Location sharing" setting.
2. What is deleted
- Your phone number and account, the server-side counterparts of the access keys on your device, and your notification ID.
- All your family group memberships and your display names in groups. If a group you administer has other members, it continues for them; if you are its only member, the group is deleted too.
- Your status reports and the status requests linked to them.
- Your last location, home location and shake reports.
- Pending SMS verification codes.
3. What is kept, and for how long

Kept data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted when the period ends. Status messages already delivered to your family members by SMS remain on their phones; we cannot delete those.
